Autrement dit c\u2019est la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation fine de l\u2019\u00e9criture, qui a pour but d\u2019aider des enfants, des adolescents ou des adultes \u00e0 avoir une \u00e9criture plus fluide, lisible et rapide, sans douleurs ni fatigue.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00e9criture est une activit\u00e9 motrice complexe, dont la maitrise demande plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019enfant. Le graphoth\u00e9rapeute se r\u00e9f\u00e8re aux travaux de JULIAN\u00a0de Ajuriaguerra, neuropsychiatre et psychanalyse, et Robert Olivaux, Docteur en psychologie.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Elles sont bas\u00e9es sur :<\/span><br \/>&#8211; La relaxation et la respiration, pour att\u00e9nuer les crispations du corps.<br \/>&#8211; La motricit\u00e9 globale.<br \/>&#8211; La motricit\u00e9 fine, en vue d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir une tenue du stylo performante.<br \/>&#8211; Des exercices li\u00e9s au graphisme : travail sur l&rsquo;espace, le trait, la forme, le mouvement mais aussi sur la pression, la vitesse et le rythme.\u00a0<\/p><p>En tant que <span><a href=\"https:\/\/sandrine-graphotherapie.fr\/kinesiologie\/\">kin\u00e9siologue pr\u00e8s de Bourgoin-Jallieu<\/a>, j<\/span>e consid\u00e8re avant tout l&rsquo;enfant dans sa globalit\u00e9 en \u00e9largissant l&rsquo;investigation parfois bien au-del\u00e0 d&rsquo;une d\u00e9ficience
